As we began working with clients across fantasy and online sports betting to help them define their brand and acquire new audiences, one thing became clear: they need to know what makes sports bettors and fantasy players tick. Brand decisions should be made based on data about the target audience, but data about fantasy players and sports bettors didn’t exist. So we decided to source it ourselves.
HPL Digital Sport launched its research arm in early 2019, with an inaugural index measuring site loyalty among daily fantasy sports (DFS) players.
